Our COVID Employee Guidelines:

At Copper Palm, we understand the responsibility to keep our customers safe during the pandemic. The following measures are protocols our staff is taking to ensure a safe, smooth move throughout 2021:

Mandatory daily temperature checks for all team members prior to the move.
A requirement that all team members stay home if they exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19.
Mask policies for all of our movers to wear throughout the duration of the move.
When appropriate, physical distancing measures throughout the moving process.
Consistent handwashing regimen for all moving staff. Employees required to wash hands before, during, after the move has been completed.

To keep our movers and customers safe, we ask all of our clients to consider the following before your upcoming move:

If you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 prior to your moving date, please keep us informed by email or phone so we can make a decision on a case-by-case basis of potential rescheduling.
Practice social distancing by giving our moving team space to safely handle your personal items and belongings.
Prepare your home or office in advance by cleaning all major surfaces, furniture, appliances, and areas of your home that could potentially have germs.
Keep your windows and doors open if possible to increase circulation throughout the duration of the move.
Wear a mask and gloves when our movers are around to protect our staff from possible exposure to the coronavirus.
